At nanomedi corp., we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing you with quality products. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process. All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department or your Sales Consultant.
General Conditions for Returns:

Authorization Required: Returns must be authorized by Nano Medi Corp. before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Documentation: Include a copy of the original invoice and specify the reason for the return.

Condition of Merchandise: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, unmarked, and properly packed.

Timing: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Returns initiated after this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by Nano Medi Corp.

Shortages or Shipping Errors: Report any discrepancies within 7 days of invoice date to be eligible for credit, if applicable.
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned:

Immune globulin products

Special order items (products not typically stocked)

Personalized or imprinted items

Opened computer hardware or software

Hazardous/flammable materials

Expired products

Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

Equipment Returns:

Unopened Equipment: Must be returned in original, unopened packaging, unmarked, and properly packed.

Used or Opened Equipment: Not eligible for return. Special order equipment is also nonreturnable.

Restocking Fees: All equipment returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s repair or replacement warranty. Please ensure all warranty documents are completed and returned immediately upon receipt of equipment.
Prescription Drug Returns:
To comply with federal and state traceability requirements, the following conditions apply to the return of prescription drugs:

Notification and Authorization: Returns will only be accepted if Nano Medi Corp. is notified within 30 calendar days of shipment and valid return authorization is issued.

Return Authorization Form: Customers must complete and submit a Prescription Drug Return Authorization form. Federal law mandates documentation confirming that the product was stored and handled properly during its possession and return.

Traceability Certification: Customers must certify that the returned product is the exact item purchased from Nano Medi Corp.

Non-Credit Items: Credit will not be issued for prescription drugs returned without authorization, products tampered with, or items with altered labeling.
